Beware of Fraud: We will never call, text, or email you asking for payments, bank details, or UPI transfers. Do not pay anyone claiming to represent Nammavaran. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred due to such fraudulent acts.
4. Code of Conduct for Users
As a registered member, you agree NOT to:
Post any offensive, obscene, defamatory, racist, or unlawful content.
Harass, abuse, or spam other members.
Share or distribute other members' personal information or photographs without their explicit consent.
Use the platform to promote other businesses, services, or send promotional links.
5. Verification and Safety Disclaimer
No Background Checks: While we strive to maintain a genuine community, Nammavaran does NOT conduct physical background checks, character verification, or financial audits of its users.
User Responsibility: Users are highly advised to perform their own thorough verification (regarding family, job, character, and background) before entering into any matrimonial alliance. We are not responsible for any disputes, scams, or issues arising between families.
6. Content Ownership and License
By uploading photos, horoscopes, and personal bio-data, you grant Nammavaran a royalty-free, worldwide license to display this content to other registered users to facilitate matchmaking.
You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content and photos uploaded by you.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any profile without prior notice if we find or suspect a violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if we receive legitimate complaints from other users.
You can also choose to delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nammavaran and its team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, disputes, or emotional distress resulting from your use of the website, interactions with other users, or inability to find a match.
