We take every report seriously and will take strict action, including permanent account termination, if necessary.
What should you report?
Please report a profile if you encounter any of the following:
Fake Information: Incorrect name, age, marital status, or job details.
Fake/Stolen Photos: Profiles using photos of celebrities, others, or inappropriate images.
Financial Fraud/Scams: Anyone asking for money, loans, or financial help under any pretext.
Harassment/Abusive Behavior: Users sending abusive, offensive, or inappropriate messages/calls.
Commercial Usage: Profiles using our platform for dating, business promotion, or spamming instead of matrimony.
How to Report a Profile?
Option 1: Quick Report on Profile Page
You can click the "Report Profile" button directly on the user's profile page and select the reason for reporting.
Option 2: Email Us Directly
If you have screenshots, chat proofs, or detailed complaints, please email us directly.

Our Action Plan
Once a profile is reported:
Our team will review the reported account and the evidence provided within 24 to 48 hours.
If found guilty of violating our rules, the profile will be permanently banned from Nammavaran.
Your identity as the reporter will be kept 100% confidential and anonymous.
